01Agreement
These terms apply when an institution registers for XCOOLL and when its staff, students and guardians use the platform. By creating an account or using XCOOLL, you agree to them.
The person who registers an institution confirms they are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
02Accounts and security
Institution administrators are responsible for the accounts they create for staff, students and guardians, and for the roles and permissions they assign.
Keep passwords and one-time login codes private. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
03Subscriptions and modules
XCOOLL is offered as separate modules. Each module stays active for the period it was subscribed for. When a subscription ends, access may move to a grace period and then be limited until it is renewed.
Prices and payment terms are agreed with each institution when modules are activated or renewed.
04Your data
Your institution owns the data it puts into XCOOLL, such as student records, payments and attendance. We process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to store the personal information you add, and for keeping it accurate.
05Acceptable use
Don't use XCOOLL to break the law, to send spam or unwanted messages, to access data you are not authorised to see, or to interfere with the platform's security or availability.
06Changes to the service and these terms
We improve XCOOLL continuously and may change features over time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
